The home features two bedrooms, two full baths, living room dining, family room, plus a one car garage.  Tile floors, new Berber carpet in bedrooms and living room area, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, water purification system, garbage disposal, ceiling fans in bedrooms and in family room.  Foldaway staircase in garage for access to attic.  Plus many other features like rolldown shutters and solar tinted windows. The interior living area is only about 1500 ft.², but it makes surprisingly efficient use of the space.
